April Riddick is CEO and Founder of Mz April LLC. April is a photographer and basic web designer, who produces voiceovers, promotional videos and FM and Internet Radio mutilmedia marketing.  April  has provided the MBAP with photography, videography, as a contestant coordinator and website administration, as well as sponsorship since 2016. She is also an Event Coordinator for various types of events, and has an A&R background. April, is best known as "Mz. April", an Internet Radio Personality and host of the radio show "Tell Me Tell Me", on April is much more than a radio personality. She masterminds much of the business behind Internet Radio.
April Riddick is also one of the founding members of the Latino Caucus for the State of PA Democratic Committee. April serves on such boards as her local "Dress for Success" organization. April is very active in her community. She is an Elected State Committee Person for the state of Pennsylvania. MBAP Media Partner, Rhonda Tharpe
Rhonda Tharpe is sole owner of RMT Professional Services, an entertainment production company that assists several of the most notable artists and performers in the business today. As the syndicated Radio Host of  “On The Grind with Rhonda Supreme", Rhonda has provided events such as the MBAP with entertainment, website administration, sponsorship and radio promotion. The show is a music and entertainment radio program which currently airs on several broadcasting networks by providing music, entertainment news, promotion and celebrity interviews for upcoming events. The show has hosted guests such as David Banner, Tanisha LaVerne Grant, John Marshall Jones, Me’lisa Morgan, Calvin Haggins, and many more.
To add to her credits, Rhonda was the recipient of the February 2017 “Black Wall Street” Award for Media and Promotion, and a “Shero” Award in August 2017 for her contributions made in radio and entertainment!

Micheline Bowman has Over 25 yrs in TV News experience. She is an Entrepreneur, Media Relations Pro, Publicist, and Founder
of the wildly successful Networking event Meet Me Monday in the Washington DC area. Micheline is a well sought after Host for many of the most popular events in and around DC. Micheline has experience as on-set make-up artist for Director Spike Lee's "Get On The Bus", she has had rolls on reality television such as "The Braxton, and Netflix's "House of Cards".  Micheline is instrumental in the Miss Black America Pageant's promotion by arranging television, radio and community appearances for the current reigning queen in the DC Metropolitan area.
